Good News for Sun Lovers

This week David Coleman, Immigration Minister, has announced that Perth and the Gold Coast will be reclassified as regional areas of Australia. Formally classified as metro areas along with Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, the Goldie and Perth are now classed with other major regional areas including Geelong, Adelaide, Hobart, Wollongong and Canberra. With the two new Skilled Regional subclass' being introduced in November, the inclusion of the Gold Coast and Perth will broaden opportunities for those wanting to study or work in regional Australia.
